Service Description

- Mental fitness is the proactive practice of strengthening your mind to deal with the ups and downs of your life. - The MYNDY model is a research-based model to help you understand what you need to do to strengthen your mind, and then gives you a place to actually practice these things! We have found that there are 6 key muscles in your mind that contribute to overall mental wellness. They include: 1 - Focus (Intentionality) 2 - Confidence 3 - Optimism 4 - Resilience 5 - Energy 6 - Heart - In this introductory class, we'll be reviewing these 6 muscles and exploring a few ways to build them over time. We can't wait to workout with you!
